Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of InstanStore's websites, mobile apps and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use InstanStore on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.

1. Who can use InstanStore

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login secure.

2. Your stores and content

You can create up to the number of stores your plan allows. You keep ownership of everything you upload or publish ("Your Content"), including products, courses, images and customer lists. You grant InstanStore a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute Your Content only as needed to operate, promote and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and that it doesn't violate any law or anyone's rights.

3. Selling to your customers

You are the seller of everything you list. You are responsible for your product descriptions, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, taxes and compliance with consumer-protection and marketing laws in the places you sell. Payments from your customers are processed by Stripe under the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which you accept when you connect payouts. InstanStore charges 0% platform fees on sales unless your plan says otherwise; Stripe's processing fees apply.

4. Subscriptions, trials and billing

InstanStore Pro is a paid, auto-renewing subscription. If you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the purchase is billed to your store account and managed under Apple's or Google's terms; you can cancel in your device's subscription settings. If you subscribe on the web, billing is handled by our payment partners (RevenueCat and Stripe) and you can cancel from the link in your receipt or in Settings → Plan.

Free trials convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period unless cancelled. Except where required by law or by the app store's policy, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds for partial periods. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use InstanStore to sell or promote anything illegal, deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or dangerous; to collect payment for goods you don't deliver; to send spam; to interfere with the Service; or to access other users' data. We may remove content or suspend stores that break these rules or put buyers at risk.

6. AI features

AI Studio and other AI features generate suggestions based on your inputs. Output can be inaccurate or similar to content generated for others. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for content you choose to publish, and you shouldn't submit information you don't have the right to share.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the InstanStore name and logo, belongs to InstanStore and its licensors. These Terms don't give you rights to our brand except to say your store is built with InstanStore.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination your stores go offline and we delete Your Content within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstanStore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use InstanStore after the change means you accept it.
